Our jewelry pieces are usually made within 7–15 days. Especially elaborate pieces or periods of high demand may occasionally require a little more time.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. In individual cases, high shipping volumes or delays at the shipping provider may take a little longer.

Yes. Our jewelry pieces are handcrafted in Germany. From melting the silver to the final polish, every step takes place in our workshop.

Each piece is made after your order in the selected size or length. Because it is a custom-made item, returns after production are not possible. If something is wrong with your piece, we will personally take care of your request.

Our silver jewelry can safely come into contact with clean water. Water alone does not harm silver. To preserve the refined shine over time, we recommend keeping the jewelry away from chlorinated water, salt water and shampoo. These influences can accelerate natural tarnishing, cause stains or make the surface appear more matte.

Yes, our jewelry is made from high-quality, nickel-free 925 sterling silver and is therefore very suitable for most sensitive skin types. Because we deliberately avoid nickel, our jewelry is especially suitable for people who react sensitively to ordinary fashion jewelry. If you have a known silver or copper allergy, however, we recommend not wearing it.
