Right of withdrawal / returns

In accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.

Because all of our jewelry pieces are handcrafted and made to order, returns or exchanges are excluded.

Exception: If the item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will of course offer a replacement or repair.
