We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. Color variations may occur due to different screen settings.

We do not guarantee that a product will meet your subjective expectations.

§ 3 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase.

A contract is formed only when we accept your order through acceptance of payment and shipping confirmation.

After acceptance of the order, cancellation is possible only within the scope of statutory provisions or our refund policy.

For consumers within the EU, the risk passes only when the goods are handed over to the consumer (§ 475 para. 2 BGB). For business customers, the risk passes when the goods are handed over to the shipping company.

All content, including trademarks, designs, texts and images, is the property of Kerber Jewelry or its licensors and is protected by copyright.

The shop is technically operated through Shopify. The contractual partner for all purchases is exclusively Kerber Jewelry. Shopify is not a party to the purchase contracts concluded between you and us.

§ 21 Applicable law and jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Place of jurisdiction is Euskirchen, Germany, to the extent legally permitted.

Headings are provided only for clarity and have no legal effect.

§ 23 Changes

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
